Origin
All offered animals are legally bred in our facilities in Nové Město nad Metují or by professional breeders whom we have been cooperating on a long term basis.
All protected species (CITES, EC, Decree No.395/1992 Sb. ) are provided with a certificate of legal origin, or a yellow permissions (exempting Annex A specimens from the prohibitions relating to commercial activities listed in Article 8.1 of Regulation (EC) No. 338/97), if set by an act.
Health
Minimum age of sold animals is 4 weeks.
We sell the animals only when they are in a perfect condition, eat and shed well and are generaly healthy.
Animals are bred and kept single or in suitable social groups, which enables individual approach and control over each individual animal.
Our breeding center is under regular veterinary control .
Sex
If sex of the young or adult animals is not sure or cannot be determined, we sell these animals unsexed.
We guarantee 100% certitude of declared sex, if it is sold as sexed.
Booking and delivery
Booked animals should be taken personnaly in 7 days or on the shows till 12:00 a.m.
We charge non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total amount of the animal (animals), if the booking lasts more than 7 days.
In case the customer is not satisfied with the condition (health, appearance, cosmetic defect, sex etc.) of booked animals, the deposit is refundable.
Handover of ordered animals:
– personally in our facilities in Nové Město nad Metují by previous agreement
– on the european reptile shows
– we regularly deliver large orders in person all around the EU (contract prices for transport)
– we regularly export large orders worldwide via air cargo

Transport
We transport the animals separately in appropriate plastic trays and thermostable boxes by airconditioned cars of our certified animal-transport service. This prevents injuries, infectious diseases or diseases caused by climatic influences during transport.
Transport is always under control of qualified personnel.
In case of handover in person in our facilities or on the shows, the customer is obliged to transport the animals appropriately according to the specific biological needs of each species and according to up-to-date veterinary and customs regulations and rules.
Information and help
Every customer recieves all important information concerning breeding and origin of purchased animals. We provide free all-inclusive breeding and advisory service. In case of any questions or veterinary issues we are ready to help or recommend a qualified expert.
Warranty
All animals are provided with 24-hour health guarantee.
Unfortunately, later health complaints cannot be taken into account, because animals, as living organisms, are suspectible to inappropriate zoo-hygienic conditions during the customer´s transport or breeding of the new owner.
Later complaints are taken into account in case of congenital defects, which are mortal or which disable the animal to take part in breed.
All later complaints are taken into account if the veterinary notice proves that the animal had been ill when it was sold and that the disease was not caused by inappropriate treatment of the new owner.
Warranty does not apply to cosmetic defects and changes in coloring of animals.
The customer is offerd 2-day warranty for the corectness of declared sex of the animals to enable the customer double control of sex.
The deposit is refundable, in case the customer is not satisfied with the condition of booked animals.
We keep a photo database of all sold animals in case of necessity of later identification.
